Why Volunteer?

At High 5 for Hope Fun Run/Walk, volunteering is about more than helping at an event, it's about helping families feel seen, supported, and celebrated.

Every interaction, from welcoming participants to cheering at the finish line, creates an environment where children with disabilities and their families can experience connection, encouragement, and joy.

By giving your time, you're helping build a community that believes every child deserves to be included, every family deserves support, and every high five has the power to inspire hope.

Together, we're creating a day where families can focus less on barriers and more on making memories that will last a lifetime.
